Effective Communication and Diversity in the Workplace

Using the terms, concepts, and theories learned in this course, write a 5 to 7 page (not including cover and reference page) research paper focusing on one specific underlying Organizational Fundamental topic we have studied over the past seven weeks. The difference between this paper and your first paper (other than it being longer) is that I would like you to go into detail as to how this topic can be incorporated into the career that you intend to pursue after earning your degree. You should still avoid writing in the first person (using the “I” statements). Your paper is required to be written in APA format. The Resources > Hints, as well as the Purdue O.W.L., can be very useful resources.
