The Account Director manages strategic, high revenue accounts with significant growth opportunity. You are asked to help prep the AD about the client and their business so that the AD is up to speed in anticipation of a kick off call with the client.
The client, who just signed a 12 month contract with LiveRamp, is Data Owner who would like to monetize their data asset via the IdentityLink Data Store.
There is a Product Operations Manager also assigned to the account. The PO is responsible for executing all technical aspects such as setting up and optimizing workflows and troubleshooting file deliveries.
You have been copied on an introductory email and know that the kickoff call will include the VP of Digital Solutions and a Digital Operations Manager from the client side.
Please pick a large data provider (companies that sell data for monetization purposes), do research on that company and create a slide presentation on how you would approach this so that your Account Director is successful. Consider what the Account Director needs to know about the new account and what questions the Account Director needs to ask the client on the call.
