The issues that I want to address in my paper are the opportunity costs of the business cultures adopted and practiced in the U.S., China, Croatia, Bosnia Japan, and Germany. I will look at how the corporate cultures in these countries differ and why. I also will examine how the value of the firm is influenced by the opportunity costs, the corporate cultures in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and how they differ and why. I will examine the business culture of Croatia and its neighboring countries that are in transition. Topics from functional knowledge are related to the issues of how the cultures between the U.S., Europe, and Asia are significantly different. There are differences in how social responsibility is exhibited between Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and the United States. I will demonstrate the business culture of the U.S. China, Croatia, Bosnia, Japan, and Korea. and how these countries differ and why. I will also examine the social responsibilities of Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and the United States
