that you encountered or something that you leamt about from the news. For example, you may have gained first-hand experience with organizational
problems or challenges (e.g., organizational change, low workforce moral, high turnover, etc.) yourself in side-jobs, internships, or volunteer work. You
may also know about organizational issues (e.g., Mergers & Acquisition, planned layoffs, restructuring of organizations) from media reports. Select an
issue that you can connect to the topics studied in this course on Organizational Behavior. Focus on topics from two course sessions (e.g., motivation,
communication). Then, use the insights gained from these two course sessions to analyze and make sense of the business issue. Conclude your
paper with some practical advice on how to address the business issue.
