Do a consumer analysis. Try to better understand the typical student interested in an MBA at UCR. Use concepts from the consumer lecture to guide your thinking. Some questions to consider: How do potential students navigate the choice of different programs (i.e., what does the “purchase process” look like)? Are there external influences that impact this choice (i.e., what does the “decision-making unit” look like)? Are there internal influences that impact this choice (i.e., what motivates people to pursue an MBA, and to go to UCR specifically)?
