Consequences of positive reinforcement

1)Explain consequences (R+, R-, P+, P-, X). Use Consequences Table to help explain. Table should be in Appendices.
2)Explain that most managers use R-, often unintentionally, and why.
3)Explain the advantages of using R+ over R- and why only R+ maximizes employee performance. Use J-Curve graph
to help explain. Graph should be in Appendices.
4)Explain that R+ is precise and is measured by outcomes.
5)Explain the importance of perception: The receiver of a consequences determines the type of consequence delivered,
not the giver of the consequence.
